Christmas presents

For Christmas gifts this year for my co-workers, I had Ty draw portraits of their kids/grandkids. They turned out amazing and now I have them wanting to pay Ty to do more for them of the rest of their families. Pretty complimenting!!

Jim & Ty were asked to play for our Ward Christmas party this weekend...and they are great! So, I recorded them practicing. Jim put these versions together on his own and then had Ty play cords that went with it. It's cool to have live music in your home all the time.

Addee was sealed to her family & blessed in December. It was awesome! The birth father came to the blessing and it was really neat! Scott & Sandee have such a beautiful eternal family now!

New Moon - Ty

So, we went to New Moon, and, of course, I was the only one that liked it. But, Ty saw a poster saying they were doing a character look-a-like contest and there was a reward, so he came home and got all dressed up because we told him he looked like he could be Edward...what do you think? He just needs crazy hair I think...but pretty close.

Thanksgiving break

Thank goodness for Kennedy or we wouldn't have these pictures...forgot the camera again! We went up to Brianhead for a few nights and took the kids skiing/snowboarding the day before Thanksgiving. It was a lot of fun and everyone figured it out...eventually!

Happy Halloween

Ty and his friend made a jack-o-lantern Halloween morning. This is it...pretty awesome!! Gee, can you guess that Ty loves music and especially Metallica?? And, we all enjoyed the pumpkin seeds too!

TOO MANY DOGS!!

So, Jim loves Weiner dogs a little too much...and there was a woman at his work that couldn't keep her dogs. So, Jim thought we should take them for her. Well, they are cute and they can all fit on one little rug, so...

Still, too many dogs if you ask me!

Ty's Art - WOW!

Ty was asked to draw some rock stars for the Canyon View Homecoming dance this weekend and he barely finished them in time, but they turned out dang good!! They were huge and he had to use the pool table to draw on. When I dropped them off for him, the committee setting up was in shock and just amazed at how awesome they were and how they were going to buy him dinner for doing it. They loved 'em. They were asking if they could have them when it was over. It was a lot of fun to see the kids in awe over his artwork. He's dang good!
