Cruise Feb 2010

This year, Jim & I were invited to go on a cruise with the company I work for. It was all paid for and so much fun!! It was out of Miami, FL and we stopped in Haiti (just a month after the big earthquake there - which was cool because the ship was unloading food and supplies in pallets for them the whole time we were there) and Jamaica. We had an awesome room with an actual tub in the bathroom (still small, but nothing like the ones we usually stay in. It had a walkin closet and a blacony. It was awesome! Here are some pics:

Our fist stop Labadee, Haiti (it rained 1/2 the time we were there. We kayaked in the rain...but it was nice and warm, so it was fun!






We went for a hike in Labadee too and this is called dragon's mouth or something like that. You can see behind him what looks like a dragon's face in the rocks. It would make a cool noise when the tide came in and out.

This is us up ontop of the dragon and it's just pretty...I'm looking like a dork, but I loved the picture, so had to share. Besides, you all know I'm a dork.



Our second stop was in Jamaica. We tubed down a river that led to the ocean. It was nice most of the day there and then began to rain a little toward the end of our day where we went over to the falls that you could climb.

So (as usual), they had Karaoke Idol on the ship and my boss, Greg, entered it. He does this kind of stuff all the time and on the side for money at fairs and stuff. So, it was a lot of fun to cheer him on and have him entertain us all.
